Payment

We ask for a 50% down-payment before the wedding as a commitment to our policies and to reserve your date. The balance is due once you have received the first draft of your wedding film.

Coverage

The hours of coverage included in your package must be scheduled consecutively. The time at which your coverage begins is flexible, and we will do our best to accommodate your desired start time.

Rescheduling

There is a $200 rescheduling fee.

Audio Capture

To capture the best quality audio, we attach lav mics to the collar of clothing. These will be worn discreetly as possible during the ceremony and speeches.

Drone Footage 

Local laws and regulations may interfere with our ability to use a drone camera

Revisions and Deadlines

We offer 2 revisions to ensure the final product is perfect to your liking! The final deadline for the first draft is 4 months after filming. Each revision for a particular draft must be requested within 2 weeks after the draft is delivered. Otherwise, the revision for that draft will be skipped.

Cancellation

Beginning 6 months prior to the wedding date, an additional 10% of your down payment becomes non-refundable each month. 30-days prior the wedding, the down-payment is no longer refundable.

Travelling

An additional travelling fee may be incurred those outside of the Niagara Region.

Breaks

To ensure we do not miss a single special moment, we ask that our team takes their breaks while the couple is enjoying dinner and/or lunch.

Sharing

Demonstrating our work through our portfolio allows us to do what we love to do most! Nevertheless, the privacy and satisfaction of our couples are our number one priority. We ask our couples if they are comfortable being included in our portfolio before sharing related content on our website and/or social media.
